FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS:

 

 •    HARSHINI SILK to deliver products within India and states all over India at its own cost guarantees.


 •    Would be processed within 3-7 days and shipping will be done through reputed domestic courier company.


 •    We only sell the stuff which is available with us in warehouse. What you see on the site catalog is stocked with us. Usually your order will be delivered within 2-7 days of being dispatched from our warehouse depending on the location. When order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation mail with tracking details. We ship the order from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of placing the order and confirmation of payment mode selected.

 

SHIPPING POLICY :


         We deliver within India and outside India. In any case we are not able to deliver at your  location, you shall be informed via call or e-mail.

For Indian customers:

 •    Time taken for dispatch: 2-3 days business days
 •    Time taken for delivery: 4-7 business days

Shipping Charges:

•    Shipping charges on our products shall be mentioned at the time of check out. The said shipping charges are volumetric in nature and differ from product to product.
•    We will send you the Airway number /docket number through e mail after the products are shipped.


FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE INDIA)


 •    All International orders (outside India) would be processed within 3-7 days and shipping through reputed International Courier company viz. DHL, Total Courier & Indian Postal.

For International customers:

 •    Time taken for dispatch: 3-4 days business days.
 •   Time taken for delivery: 8-15 business days.


Shipping Charges:


 •    Shipping charges on our products shall be mentioned at the time of check out. The said shipping charges are volumetric in nature and differ from product to product.
•    We will send you the Shipper's reference number (docket number) along with the courier company details through e mail.

•    We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the goods to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

•    Kindly note that if there are any customs or duties applicable for the ordered items, it would be billed separately to the customer by the courier company at the time of delivery.

•    The duties and taxes are not a part of the customer's payment made to us.

 


REMOTE AREA SURCHARGE (RAS) FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS


 •  According to the policies of the International carrier, an additional surcharge may be levied if the shipping address is defined by the carrier as a remote area.

 •  This Remote Area Surcharge (RAS) would not be charged at the time of placing the order. Instead, it would be informed to you before shipping the goods. You have to pay the surcharge through the website in such case.

•   If the surcharge is not paid within 3 days after our information, we would cancel your order.

 
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS


 •    Any additional taxes, import duties or customs charges levied in this process will be borne by you.


 •    You are liable to pay the carrier for those charges in such cases.


 •    Hope you would be aware of the laws and regulations governing the import of goods in the country where you want the items shipped.
