                                            RETURN POLICY


•    If your goods are damaged or if you receive an incorrect product, we would be happy to give you the following alternatives: - Exchange the goods for an alternative of your choice to equal value. No refund!!! Here, we have tried to answer few common question regarding return/replacement/requests. Please read through these:

 In order to get a defective/unused item replaced:

 •    Returns accepted only for the defective item, not for the dislike or not satisfied item!!

 •    Drop a mail at or call us on +918098623444, within 7 days from the date of delivery.

 •    The defective/unused product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately, if available. Strictly not for the not satisfied or disliking of the item, Return charges are payable by Harshini silk  for domestic (India) shipments and by customer for International shipments.

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Ø  Unused

Ø  Damaged / Defective

Ø  In the same condition that you received it 

Ø  Enclosed in the original packing.

Returns will not be entertained for reasons of slight difference in color 
or Feel of Material. :

   We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, send us

 an email at requesting for exchange along with the invoice

 or proof of purchase.

Ø  Sender will be responsible for shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs from
     Original purchases are non-refundable.

Ø  Product needs to be shipped back and received by us within 3-5 business days. Exchange will be processed only after receiving the item in hand after thorough inspection.

Ø  Once we approve the exchange, we will email you on our procedure to process the exchange.


If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered

With or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the

Package to the delivery person.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds once eligible will be given equivalent store credit or will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order. 

  • There are rare cases where a few customers might buy an item at the same time. In such cases, when there is limited stock, we might cancel your order and fully refund your money.
